Learning is one more way to make you and your business stand out from all of the competition. Most people won't take the time to learn more. Then they won't take the time to implement it into their business. If that's you then you have to change that!
There's an old saying that holds more true today than when it was written:
If you are not moving forward then you are moving backwards! The world will not wait for you to catch up and it is changing daily!
Be careful about when you read.
If you read just before falling asleep at night it may not help you at all.
You need to take good ideas, strategies and thoughts and write them down. Then you need to perhaps consider making it a Goal. Then you need to make a Plan to ensure you reach that Goal.
Or, it maybe something you can just start doing and implement it into your business. If its a good idea, makes money, saves you time then don't put it off. Do it right away.
Many times for me reading these also had a bonus. It motivated me!
As you become busy you need motivation. As things change, you need motivation. All of us at some time need something to motivate ourselves. Ask yourself; what keeps me motivated and gets my gears turning?
Out of this list of 18 books I have picked a small handful that I found to help me over the years:
1. "The E-myth," especially if you are new to owning a business.
2. "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent."
3. "SHIFT" - You may find this interesting if the economy or market changes.
